My elderly parents recently had an emergency with their radiant heating system. While I personally have not used Ideal Heating & Cooling, Inc. I looked them up and gave their information to my parents. Instead of getting an answering machine, much to their surprise their called was promptly answered by Phil Wentworth. After explaining their problem, Phil came up with a diagnosis, quoted them the price for the replacement part, and said that employee Chris would arrive by 2 pm to fix the problem. Chris arrived exactly at 2 pm as promised, was very polite, professional, had the replacement part in his truck, and promptly went to work. Not only did he fix the immediate problem, he also replaced a part that was incorrectly installed by the original radiant heat contractor. Last, the price was fair and reasonable for the work performed. Based on this fantastic experience, my parents said they can only recommend Ideal Heating & Cooling, Inc.with the highest regard. In today's world, that says everything.
